Punta Cana Holidays is a trading name of Smartview Marketing. Smartview Marketing are a specialist lead generation provider helping select travel agencies in the UK market their business by use of websites such as www.puntacanaholidays.co.uk.

Smartview Marketing will receive a fee from the selected travel partner for this website in return for our services. This fee will not increase your cost of travel and we act purely as an introducer to the selected travel agency and hold no liability for their reputation, services or fulfilment of your travel arrangements.

You should in all instances refer to their terms of business, privacy and cookie policies and satisfy yourself as to their authenticity.

However, as this will prevent us from providing the travel service you have booked, we will be required to treat any withdrawal of consent as a cancellation of your booking and the cancellation charges referred to of our Terms and Conditions will become payable. With regulatory authorities – it may be necessary to disclose personal data for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes required by regulatory authorities.

It is often necessary for us to send your personal information outside the European Economic Area to fulfil your travel arrangements. This is because the suppliers providing your travel services are located around the world. Also, your personal information may need to be transferred to border control and immigration outside of the EEA.
